About us – The chickens
A peek to the majestic Chickendom, where pride human can realize that we chicken can teach them a thing. Or two. Or three. (That’s it, maximum. Three is the total number of our fingers).
Here are several personalities that you might bump into in the neighborhood, just so that you can prepare yourself.
THE CHICKEN. Of course. Pack leader, or so he thinks. Always says what is on his mind. His confidence and self worth is way above what others may perceive of him. But does he care? Nooooooo. *cluck*
YELLOW CHICKEY. Don’t tell her we say this, but she is practically The Chicken’s sidekick. Nobody knows why she is so loyal to The Chicken. Perhaps, um, nothing. As we said, nobody knows. BUT, BUT, Chick-A-Boo seems to be able to see beyond those innocent eyes and soft yellow feathers and realize the power within. Never ever underestimate YC, he often hinted mysteriously. What he means by that, nobody knows. *shaking our head and tail furiously*
CHICK-A-BOO. The unseen Chicken. The guardian spirit of the whole barn. Unseen, so it is impossible for you to bump into actually. When he does not say anything, be thankful. Believe us, it’s better that way for you.
MOTHER HEN. Awh, the mother of us all. She takes care of all the barn business and drives everyday barn management. She ensures all the haystack, coup floor, and yard are all tidy and clean, all chickadees well fed and bathed. Sure she clucks and chirps more than most of us (Oh that’s an understatement of the century), but we know deep down inside she means well. Deep deep deep down inside. Did we mention deeeep?
EMILIO THE SPANISH BULL. No, this is a BULL. Not CHICKEN. The next-barn Spanish bull that huffs and puffs like no other. Words are he has a secret crush over Mother Hen. (How secretive can one be when one is a huge bull in the middle of tiny (but amazingly gorgeous) chickens?) We mean, why else is a bull willing to carry around a chicken on his back whenever the chicken feels like it? Gossip time!! Ooh, exciting!
BIG BRO CHICKEN. Cousin of The Chicken. From far far away. He’s a bit odd, that’s all we can say. You’ll see.
CHiCK TUNE (or chick chiuun, whichever way you want to call her). Party’R'Us is her motto. Honestly, whenever there is a party, this chick will be there, drinking (what seems to be) the well-water, dancing on top of the fence, chirping all night long. She luvs accessories, as she lives by the human Barbie principle “Accessories are necessities.”
BEEF & BUFF(ALO). The muscle-toned clean-cut twin cows from the barn next door (said to have come for far-far away where wind mills and tulips are not made of china or plastics). Chicks dig them. The Chicken, on the other hand, not. Who’s the bigger boy here, eh? Who’s the bigger boy?!
CLIPKEN. A chicken-wannabe yellow hair clip. It spreads and flaps its two “wings”, sleeps in the barn, and lays over a defenseless egg pretending as if it is a chicken. May we suggest a therapy session with doctor Phil?
OLD MACDONALD. He has a farm. Ee ya ee ya o.
We think this is enough for now, don’t you think? You wanna meet our grandmas as well?
The Chickendom, where wisdom is wishful thinking.

Chick-a-boo: err.. love you too, Hun. *awkward tone. not sure how to respond to such expression of affection.*
